Our pizza is naturally leavened and made with da LaPosta’s proprietary organic, whole wheat flour blend from Central Milling in Utah, our 7-year sourdough starter, Bianco di Napoli tomatoes, and mozzarella from Caputo Brother’s Creamery in PA. It is naturally lactose-free.
